I’m really happy with the service and products I received from NovaPetal! At first there was a series of miscommunications but the owner was very prompt to address these, and my mom was able to receive these very beautiful flowers for her birthday! I’m pretty disappointed with this place. After seeing them on social media and how beautiful their arrangements looked, I sent my husband the link for Mother’s Day. He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother’s Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother’s Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn’t be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another “system error” and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Genuinely the best floral experience I've had. I placed an order from Texas to be delivered to a friend in Arizona, and NovaPetal handled it flawlessly. They communicated with me clearly throughout the order, confirmed every detail, and when timing got tight, they delivered same day at 10:00 PM rather than push it to the next morning. That kind of follow-through is rare. The presentation was next-level: a large glass vase, the entire bouquet wrapped in crisp white paper with a soft purple accent inside, filled with deep magenta peonies, blush roses, white hydrangeas, ranunculus, and stock. My friend was speechless. Photos didn't do it justice. If you're considering NovaPetal — locally or shipping in from out of state — book them. Above and beyond from start to finish, and worth every star (and then some).

Absolutely above and beyond service! I needed a memorial bouquet delivered to an uncommon location at an uncommon time and NovaPetal went out of their way to make sure it happened - and even sent a 2nd driver out later so the bouquet wouldn't stay out in the heat too long before they could be picked up. I highly recommend NovaPetal for both their arrangements and their service.

They truly did an amazing job with this arrangement. They were so sweet on confirming my order and executing the order. My best friend was happy and everyone who saw the bouquet kept saying they were beautiful 😍. Thank you so much for such a beautiful bouquet you truly made my best friend birthday extra special.
